I searched the internet ten times over

looking for the perfect tiaras for a fancy birthday party

I found bridal ones and silver plastic ones

but nothing in between

So I called on my ultra-creative friend, Carol

who whipped up these fancy pieces which were just PERFECT

(her etsy is under construction right now, but I'll post a link when it is up and going)

My besties

I've been lucky this past week to spend time with my besties of Christmas past.

You know the kind:

The ones that you can go 4 months without talking to and they understand that your life is as chaotic as theirs.

And the conversation flows as if you talk every day.

I spent yesterday with my bestie from high school.  

(She sat in front of me in Civics class.)

They did very well considering it was nap time.

And considering I should have taken the photos BEFORE visiting.

Oops.

Such little cuties they are. And patient.
